We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Python + AI) to join our team, which is building a modern information and analytical platform for professional participants in the financial market.

We are looking for not just a developer, but an engineer who can take a task from idea to production: understand the business context, clarify requirements, design a solution, and implement it using modern AI tools.

Conditions: ▫️Remote work (for citizens of the Russian Federation located in the Russian Federation) ▫️Full-time employment ▫️Up to 270,000 rubles under an individual entrepreneur agreement ▫️Project for 3 months with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities: ▫️Work with vague requirements, clarify and formalize tasks. ▫️Design and develop backend services in Python. ▫️Participate in architectural decisions and the development of a microservice platform. ▫️Use AI agents (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development. ▫️Conduct code reviews, control the quality of solutions, and be responsible for the result until it goes into production.

Requirements: ▫️5+ years of commercial backend development experience. ▫️Solid Python development experience. ▫️Experience with microservice architecture. ▫️Good knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. ▫️Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. ▫️System analysis and requirements management skills. ▫️Technical leadership experience will be an advantage. ▫️Practical experience using AI development tools is mandatory.
