⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation
- Higher education in IT, technical, or mathematical fields.
- 2+ years in a Python developer role;
- Experience with Git version control system.
- Deep knowledge of Python 3.11+: GIL, optimization and profiling, asynchronous programming (asyncio), typing;
- FastAPI (Pydantic) and/or Django (DRF) — service design;
- REST API design, OpenAPI/Swagger contracts;
- SQL query optimization, PostgreSQL, migrations (Alembic); SQLAlchemy;
- Testing: pytest — mandatory; building the testing pyramid, integration tests;
- Dependency management: pip / poetry / uv;
- Knowledge of web service and REST API principles and architecture;
- Microservice architecture design;
- Confident work with Docker (including docker-compose); Kubernetes — a plus;
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ) — a plus;
- Experience in log analysis, distributed tracing, configuring monitoring and alerting;
- Setting up CI/CD pipelines: GitLab CI;
- Experience working with Scrum/Kanban;
- Mentoring skills.
- English language, B1 level: reading technical documentation, business correspondence.
