Company:** Product fintech company (not a bank) Format: Remote or hybrid (office in Moscow/St. Petersburg - optional) Salary: 250,000 – 350,000 ₽ net

Responsibilities: Develop the core product - a high-load platform for B2B clients. Work in a small autonomous team of 5–7 people. Design and develop new services in Python (FastAPI), participate in architectural decisions. Integrate with external APIs and internal microservices. Write understandable code, covered by tests, and pass code reviews - without bureaucracy and without "we've always done it this way".

Tech Stack: Python 3.12+, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes. Bonus points for: experience with Go or basic understanding of ML pipelines - but not required.

What's important to us:

• Commercial backend development experience in Python for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of REST API design principles and microservice architecture.
• Ability to work with relational databases (write meaningful SQL queries, not just through ORM).
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Desire to understand the product, not just close tickets.

• Experience in a "large product company".
• Certificates.
