We are Solway, an IT company specializing in outsourcing. We are engaged in custom software development for medium-sized businesses and large corporations, and we also recruit highly qualified specialists. We are currently looking for a qualified and professional Python developer.

✅Your responsibilities: • Designing server solution architecture: structuring business requirements, thinking through technical logic, choosing implementation approaches • Deployment and configuration of server infrastructure (Linux, Docker) • Design and maintenance of databases (PostgreSQL) • Development and support of backend services: APIs, queues, background tasks • Integration with external services (CRM, telephony, analytics, messengers) • Current tasks from business: automations, reports, new features, optimization • Communication with the team and business: discussing tasks, clarifying requirements, explaining technical solutions in plain language

✅Our requirements: • Higher technical education • Backend development from 3 years (Python — FastAPI / Django) • Architectural thinking: ability to break down a business task into technical components, think through data structure and interaction logic before writing code • PostgreSQL: design, optimization, migrations • Message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ or equivalents) • REST API: design, development, integration with external services • Linux, Docker, basic DevOps • Communication skills: willingness to communicate closely with the analyst and business, ask questions, convey your position • Independence: ability to take a task and bring it to a result without constant supervision

✅Will be a plus: • Experience in administering Bitrix24 (cloud and/or on-premise): business processes, REST API, webhooks, CRM configuration • Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript / React) • Experience with ETL processes and analytical data marts • Familiarity with telephony and auto-dialing
