🎯 Your tasks

• Develop AI products from idea to production within tight deadlines (days/weeks)
• Quickly test hypotheses, build MVPs, and validate ideas with real users
• Integrate LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into products and business processes
• Design and implement new features, scale architecture for growing loads
• Improve engineering culture: enhance test coverage, typing, and documentation
• Optimize the cost and performance of AI solutions (tokens, inference, infrastructure)
• Research, test, and implement new AI tools into your workflow and the team's workflow

🛠 Mandatory requirements

• Commercial backend development experience with Python for 4+ years
• Strong command of FastAPI and asyncio, experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and/or MongoDB
• Experience in designing backend system architecture (microservices, event-driven, high-load solutions)
• Regular use of Cursor or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development
• Practical experience integrating LLMs into product solutions
• Prompt engineering skills for generating, refactoring, and optimizing code
• Experience with AI agents, understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, and embedding principles

💡 Will be an advantage

• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/YC)
• Experience with React, Vue.js, TypeScript
• Ability to independently build a simple interface for MVP or idea demonstration
• Product mindset: deep understanding of business metrics, focus on user experience, ability to balance delivery speed with code quality
