Senior Python Developer

REMOTE (RUS ONLY) | PART TIME

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer for a part-time role in the B2B AI Agents Platform team.

The platform is already going into production: around 1500 users, about 10 agents connected, the core layers are implemented: Core, Gateway, Orchestrator, Knowledge Base, web-chat and admin panel. We are now actively developing new areas: compliance and data protection, agent action management, tools for agents, API, queues, tests, monitoring, and load testing.

We need not just a task executor, but an independent senior who can quickly immerse themselves in the project, design solutions, take responsibility for development, and participate in architectural discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs for the platform.
• Participate in the design of new layers and modules.
• Develop tools for agents and integrations with services.
• Work with queues, asynchronous processing, and background jobs.
• Write tests, participate in optimization, monitoring, and load testing.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Django/DRF and FastAPI.
• Experience with queues, Celery, async/background jobs.
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and backend architecture.
• Ability to independently design solutions.
• Willingness to write tests and maintain code quality.
• Experience working in small teams where the developer's contribution is significant.
• Confident use of AI tools in development: Claude, Codex, Copilot, or similar.

Will be a plus

• Experience with AI/LLM projects, RAG, Qdrant/vector search, OpenAI API, observability, security/compliance, or load testing.

Additional Information First 3 months — approximately 60–80 hours per month, with the possibility of increased workload later. Time zone — preferably Moscow ±3 hours. Employment — Sole Proprietor or self-employed. Hourly pay + monthly KPI bonus up to 10%.
