🚀 Senior Python Developer (AI)

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer (AI) for a product team that builds LLM-based solutions, agentic AI systems, and AI infrastructure in production. ⚠️ Important: we are only considering candidates with 2+ years of commercial experience in developing agentic AI systems. 🧠 What you will be doing

• Designing LLM-based architecture and AI services
• Developing AI agents (ReAct, planning, routing, handoff, tool use, memory)
• Building agentic harness (tool loop, middleware, guardrails, state management)
• Integrating RAG, vector DB, MCP, and external APIs
• Managing context window, cost, and latency
• Developing REST APIs and asynchronous services
• Orchestrating AI workflows (Temporal)
• Setting up observability for AI systems (Langfuse or similar)
• Deploying AI infrastructure in GCP Vertex AI / AWS Bedrock
• Evaluating the quality of LLM workflows and AI agents

📌 Requirements: ✅ 5+ years of commercial Python experience ✅ 2+ years of commercial experience in developing agentic AI systems ✅ LangGraph / LangChain ✅ Agent patterns: ReAct, planning, routing, handoff, memory, tool use ✅ Agent Runtime / Agent Harness ✅ MCP ✅ RAG ✅ Prompt Engineering + Guardrails ✅ Langfuse (or similar) ✅ Temporal (or similar workflow engines) ✅ FastAPI, asyncio ✅ PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ ✅ Docker ✅ mypy, pytest ✅ Cursor / Claude Code / Codex ✅ Located outside of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus

⭐️ Will be a plus: Kubernetes Kafka PHP Spec-driven Development PyTorch / HuggingFace CV / Audio / Video AI Kaggle
