Senior Python Developer (AI) — remote or office in Limassol

A product team building LLM-based solutions, agentic AI systems, and AI infrastructure for production is looking for a strong backend developer with a modern stack to join their team.

What you will do: — Design LLM-based architecture and AI services. — Develop AI agents using ReAct, planning, routing, handoff, tool use, and memory. — Build Agent Harness: implement tool loop, middleware, guardrails, and state management. — Integrate RAG, vector DB, MCP, and external APIs. — Manage context window, cost, and latency of AI systems. — Develop REST APIs and asynchronous services with FastAPI and asyncio. — Orchestrate AI workflows with Temporal, configure observability via Langfuse or similar, and evaluate the quality of LLM workflows and AI agents.

Mandatory: — 5+ years of commercial Python development experience. — 1.5+ years of commercial experience developing agentic AI systems. — Experience with LangGraph and LangChain, as well as ReAct, planning, routing, handoff, memory, and tool use patterns. — Experience with Agent Runtime or Agent Harness, MCP, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Guardrails. — Experience with Langfuse or similar, Temporal or a similar workflow engine, FastAPI, asyncio, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Docker. — Experience using mypy, pytest, and one of the following tools: Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex. — Residence outside of Russia and Belarus.

Desirable: — Kubernetes. — Kafka. — PHP. — Spec-driven Development. — PyTorch or HuggingFace. — Experience with CV, Audio, or Video AI. — Kaggle participation experience.

Conditions: — Fully remote work or an office in Limassol. — For working in the Limassol office, a work visa and insurance are provided (no relocation). — Schedule: 09:00–18:00 Cyprus time. — 24 working days of vacation. — English and Greek courses. — Performance Review every 6 months.
