Must-have 5+ years of experience Python 3.10+ for 3+ years, async, typing, pytest FastAPI or similar, REST, API design Practical experience with LLMs: prompting, structured output, function/tool calling LangGraph or LangChain in production RAG on vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector or similar): embeddings, hybrid search, reranking Working with OpenAI-compatible APIs (vLLM, LiteLLM, Ollama, etc.) Docker, Git, CI/CD PostgreSQL, Redis
