Requirements: 5+ years of commercial experience with Python and hands-on production experience developing AI agents, LLM orchestration, and RAG. Practical experience with LangGraph / LangMem, Qdrant, or similar. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, APIs, and backend architecture. Experience with Voice AI / WebRTC, real-time systems, concurrency, and race conditions is a big plus. Independence, experience launching products from scratch, and a strong engineering mindset. Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Russian. Bonus points for: TypeScript / NestJS, Docker, CI/CD, NATS, high-load systems. Important: only considering engineers with practical experience in self-developed AI/LLM solutions. A strong Python backend without such experience is not sufficient.
