We are currently looking for a Python Developer (Senior)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of commercial Python development experience;
- Proficiency in frameworks: FastApi, LiteStar, AioHttp, Sanic, Starlette, Django, Flask, etc.;
- Experience implementing both synchronous and asynchronous interfaces;
- Experience implementing applications with databases;
- Experience in ensuring application observability (logging, monitoring, tracing);
- Confident Python skills, ability to work with data (extraction, normalization, ranking);
- Adaptability to AI coding, rapid switching between stacks;
- Experience in agent-based development using AI models, including developing projects from scratch;
- Understanding of asynchronicity, multithreading, and multiprocessing in Python;
- Excellent understanding of what suits which task;
- Experience in developing applied AI solutions based on LLM (RAG, multi-agent flows, semantic extraction);
- Experience in developing business logic, simple interfaces (UI), and integration pipelines;
- Ability to implement a solution tailored to the task without unnecessary complexity;
- Experience in organizing the workflow of a development team;
- Communication skills (active listening, clear feedback, ability to argue technical solutions and negotiate with clients);
- Organizational skills (time management, task prioritization within a sprint, facilitating meetings and daily stand-ups);
- Leadership and teamwork skills (empathy, mentoring, conflict resolution, delegation, maintaining psychological safety);
- Analytical thinking and systemic vision for risk forecasting, technical debt management, and decision-making considering the long-term project architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating the full cycle of the Python development team's work, considering AI First development specifics – from planning and task decomposition to code review, releases, and post-release support, ensuring deadlines and quality are met;
- Participation in planning, design, and decomposition, AI First development, and solution demonstration as part of the engineering team;
- Full stack tasks with a focus on complex Python business logic and GenAI;
- Working out the solution architecture in collaboration with the architect.
