⚡️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Requirements analysis, system design, Python + AI development, troubleshooting, performance optimisation
• Build scalable Python apps with FastAPI + Pydantic
• Asynchronous / parallel programming with asyncio
• Code reviews — enforce guidelines & quality
• Integrate multi-modal GenAI models (text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.)
• Work independently & collaboratively
• Coordinate day-to-day operations & provide clear instructions
• Regular client communication
• Technical leadership: mentor, coach, lead by example

• 5+ years in development
• Strong Python + FastAPI
• Pydantic for data validation & schema definition
• Hands-on asyncio, async/parallel programming
• GenAI + LLMs for real-world problems & agentic AI applications
• RAG pipelines + hybrid search with vector databases
• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Pragmatic balance between process & flexibility
• Self-management, prioritisation, deadline-driven
• Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills
• English: Intermediate+

• Azure Cloud (Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Redis, etc.)
• Agentic protocols: MCP, A2A
• LangGraph stack (long-term memory, HIL workflows, state management)
