We are looking for a TechLead AI Engineer (Python) — a versatile specialist with a focus on the AI platform (RAG).

The project is an internal AI core through which analysts will be able to get ready results on demand: with RAG, agents, skills, orchestration, and integration with internal bank systems.

We are looking for a versatile engineer (frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, AI) capable of independently taking a product from architecture to MVP and closing it.

Role Responsibilities: -Team management: code reviews, onboarding, deadline estimation, technical interviews. -Design and development of the internal AI core -Building and improving RAG scenarios -Creating reusable components and templates for analysts -Integrating the AI platform with internal systems, databases, APIs, and corporate knowledge sources -Configuring observability, tracing, evaluation, and monitoring the quality of AI pipelines -Optimizing the quality, cost, and stability of pipelines -Handling related tasks when required by the product

What professional experience is important: -Total commercial development experience of 9+ years, with at least 2 years in a Lead (player-coach) role, focusing in recent years on AI products. Experience in banks and/or fintech is a big plus. -Practical experience building production RAG / agent / workflow systems -Experience integrating AI pipelines with corporate data sources, APIs, and internal systems -Ability to break down complex user scenarios and package them into reusable platform mechanics
