🟡Requirements

Experience in developing AI models/agents, full development cycle experience; Python (deep knowledge of at least part of the stack: LangChain/Graph, classical ML), Docker, K8s, Helm; Analyst experience of 3+ years from 2022 to present in projects for the development and/or modification of AI agents; Experience in setting tasks for the implementation of AI agents; Understanding which business tasks are worth solving using AI, and which are inefficient (and for them, a traditional software development approach is better); Understanding the architecture of AI agents, components, integrations; Experience using zerocode/lowcode frameworks for developing AI agents; Experience using zerocode/lowcode frameworks for developing chatbots (using AI); Team development experience using Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins software products; Experience working in both waterfall and agile methodologies (Agile and/or Scrum) development; Experience working on projects for the development and/or modification and/or implementation of systems for financial market participants or banks for at least 2 years.
