AI Engineer
Raft is a team of experts in implementing AI solutions based on LLMs into clients' business processes. We help companies automate routine tasks, increase efficiency, and create new products using modern artificial intelligence technologies.
We have contributed to the Langchain framework, created our own product for analyzing voice communication using GPT, and conducted extensive research and development in the field of LLM security. We work both in the Russian market and globally.
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer.
📍 Format: remote, outside of Russia/Belarus
💼 Level: Senior
What you will do:
- Development with a focus on Python, rather than AI (70/30).
- We are ready to boost your AI skills so that you can use them more in your work in the future.
- Work on US startup projects in an outsourced format.
- As your skills grow, help prepare estimates for clients - scope assessment for the Backend/AI part.
What we expect:
- Experience writing production Python code - understanding how to write clean and maintainable code.
- Production experience with AI: RAG systems, using models from OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. Pet project experience does not count.
- Experience parsing documents using LLMs, data scraping.
- Experience with FastAPI, pgvector 5. English for communicating with clients.
Bonus points:
- Experience with frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex.
- Experience with fine-tuning.
- Experience with ML models, building ML pipelines.
