Interview stages:
- hr screening
- technical interview (1 hour, without live coding)
- test task to prepare an estimate and a proposal for the scope of work for a project
What you will be doing:
- Pre-sales with potential clients
- Preparing estimates and proposals for the scope of work
- Passing client interviews to start projects
- Managing the technical part in projects: assisting developers in building the initial solution
- Monitoring the work execution by engineers and meeting deadlines according to estimates
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of AI architect or a similar role
- Broad experience working with clients (mainly with startups)
- Experience preparing project estimates, organizing work, and monitoring adherence to deadlines
- A background in backend development is important, knowledge of Python at a senior level, experience with modern libraries and frameworks (especially FastAPI), experience conducting code reviews
- Commercial experience with GenAI, integrating AI solutions into applications (LLM, RAG, AI agents, etc.)
- Knowledge of popular tools for integrating AI/LLM into an application (for example, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI Python SDK, PydanticAI, LlamaIndex, Microsoft AutoGen, Ollama, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with CI/CD, DevOps, MLOps
- If you have expertise in a specific domain in AI (Healthcare, Video, etc.), it will be a huge plus
- Knowledge of English at a level no lower than B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
- ! Important: your location must be outside Russia, outside Belarus
