AI Product Engineer

About the project:

We are looking for an AI Product Engineer for a long-term client project.

An international product SaaS company with a multi-million user base, developing a platform for business process automation, customer management, and payments for small and medium-sized businesses.

Collaboration Format:

Full-time / Long-term project (6+ months) / B2B contract / Candidate Location: Poland / English Language: Fluent / Laptop provided by the client

Responsibilities:

• Develop new AI-powered products and internal tools
• Quickly build MVPs and test product hypotheses
• Research and implement new AI tools for development
• Create agent workflows and automations
• Develop MCP servers and infrastructure for AI agents
• Integrate AI into the company's development processes
• Assist engineering teams in adopting AI-assisted approaches
• Formulate internal best practices for AI usage

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial development
• Experience with production systems
• Strong system design and architecture skills
• Proficient in one or more of the following languages:
  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • Go
• Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, or similar tools
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Experience configuring CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md or similar configurations

Will be a plus:

• Experience integrating LLMs into real products
• Experience developing AI agents and agentic systems
• RAG systems
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and similar frameworks
• AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI
• Open-source contributions to AI tools
• Experience in Developer Experience / Developer Productivity
