🤖 Senior AI Enablement Engineer

💶 Salary: 4,600–7,200 €/month before taxes

📍 Candidate must be located in one of the following countries: Poland, Portugal, Spain, Georgia, Serbia, Armenia, Turkey, or Cyprus.

🗣 Language requirements:

🇷🇺 Russian — fluent 🇬🇧 English — C1 (spoken and written)

✅ Responsibilities

• Help engineering teams effectively use AI in daily development.
• Work with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other AI tools.
• Conduct 1:1s, workshops, and disseminate best practices for AI usage.
• Develop internal AI integrations on Node.js / TypeScript (MCP and others).
• Research new AI tools, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement the best solutions.
• Measure the impact of AI on the productivity of engineering teams.

✅ Our expectations

• 7+ years of commercial development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Deep practical experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding tools.
• Experience developing internal services and integrations.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompting, RAG, agentic workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to help engineers integrate AI into their work.
