We are looking for a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack / Backend, AI)
Locations: Europe and LATAM
What you will do:
- Develop backend (Node.js), APIs, databases, authorization, integrations, and background services.
- Participate in frontend (React / Next.js) and mobile development as needed.
- Set up CI/CD, staging, production, and rollback.
- Work directly with the founder and Product Manager to define MVP, scope, and deadlines.
- Use Cursor, Claude, and other AI tools as the primary development method.
What we expect:
- 10+ years of commercial Full-Stack experience with a strong backend focus.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js.
- 3+ years of technical leadership (architecture, code review, engineering standards, technical interviews).
- Experience in independently launching products to production.
- Regular use of AI-assisted development.
- Ability to define MVP and make product decisions.
Will be a plus:
- LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, Autogen.
- RAG, embeddings, vector databases.
- React Native, Expo, GraphQL.
- OpenTelemetry, Langfuse.
