☑️ What you will be doing
- Full-cycle development: releasing product features at the intersection of frontend and backend (API, integrations, payment gateways, subscriptions, and web funnels)
- Agent AI systems: improving agent logic (user intent recognition, footage selection, montage assembly, contextual dialogue management)
- AI Optimization: improving generation quality, reducing latency and request costs, orchestrating models and benchmarking
- Working with media: ensuring fast and fault-tolerant rendering, encoding, streaming, uploading, and exporting video
- Product polishing: developing web and mobile interfaces, creating smooth onboarding, and working with product analytics
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Practical full-stack development experience in real B2C/B2B products with a full cycle of bringing features to production
- Expertise in one of two key areas:
- Media / Video: experience in video/audio applications, video editors, rendering pipelines, codecs, players, or media infrastructure
- AI Agents: experience in building agent systems, Tool Use, context management, and multi-step model reasoning chains
- Willingness to flexibly switch between UI, backend, and model infrastructure
- Developed product sense, attention to detail in UX/UI and interface response speed
- English proficiency at B2+ level for regular interaction within an international distributed team
- Project stack: TypeScript, React Native / Expo, Convex, Remotion, E2B, AWS
