Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a full-stack JS engineer. Strong backend with Node.js / TypeScript. Production releases and understanding of end-to-end delivery. Experience in independently building solutions: from scope and architecture to deployment. Product mindset: ability to narrow down scope, choose MVP, explain trade-offs. Practical experience in AI-assisted development: Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar. Portfolio, code, demos, PRs, GitHub, or other technical artifacts. English from B1. Bonus points: Experience in product companies, startups, or venture studios. LLM / RAG / agents / vector DBs. LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Claude, MCP. Next.js, React Native, Expo, GraphQL. Observability: OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar. Important: a profile where the main experience is only frontend will not be suitable. We need an engineer who confidently handles backend, delivery, and production.
