Who we are looking for: — Strong backend developer (3–5+ years) with Node.js — Practical experience in integrating LLMs into production — Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI orchestration

What you will do: — Configure hybrid search across knowledge bases (semantics + keywords) — Implement data anonymization (PII/NER) and AI action auditing — Analyze dialogues and generate reports — Build secure integrations with databases, CRMs, and LLM providers (OpenAI, YandexGPT, GigaChat) — Work with text and voice data (transcription, tagging) — Optimize tokens, latency, and develop AI infrastructure

Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, NATS, Weaviate, Langfuse, PostHog

Will be a plus: — Experience with transcription and voice data — Deployment of OSS models within the client's environment
