AI Developer (Node.js / TS)
We are Rooh Co., a dynamic team building mobile and web applications in the Lifestyle, Health, and Utilities niches. Our products help users solve everyday tasks, inspire them, and simplify their lives. We are focused on the global market (with an emphasis on the USA) and strive to create innovative solutions using the latest technologies.
We are currently opening a vacancy for an AI Developer to develop and support the AI automation direction for the entire company.
What you will do:
- Research and implement new AI tools, models, and approaches to solve product tasks.
- Evaluate the quality of various LLM models and select optimal solutions for specific scenarios.
- Create quick prototypes of AI functions and test hypotheses before full-scale development.
- Design flexible AI pipelines and execution graphs (workflow / agent graphs) for combining different models, tools, and data processing stages.
- Develop and optimize AI solutions from data collection and request processing to final result generation.
- Improve the stability, quality, and efficiency of AI pipelines: reduce costs, increase accuracy, and adapt solutions to real user scenarios.
What is important to us:
- 3+ years of commercial development experience in JavaScript / TypeScript (strong experience with Node.js / NestJS).
- Practical experience integrating third-party LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar) into production services.
- Deep understanding of LLM working principles (tokens, context window, embeddings, prompting, hallucinations).
- Experience creating AI functions used by real users.
- Ability to independently design a technical solution from idea to production (REST API, integrations, databases).
- English language proficiency B1–B2+ (for reading documentation, research, and working with new technologies).
It will be a plus:
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Assistants API, Function calling / Tool calling, Structured outputs, AI agents.
- Experience building AI workflows, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, AI automation processes.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and task queues.
- Experience monitoring AI systems (response quality, latency, request costs, user feedback).
