Seeking Founding Engineer (Full-Stack / Backend, AI)

Locations: Europe and LATAM

What you will do: • Develop backend (Node.js), APIs, databases, authorization, integrations, and background services. • Participate in frontend (React / Next.js) and mobile development as needed. • Configure CI/CD, staging, production, and rollback. • Work directly with the founder and Product Manager, defining MVP, scope, and timelines. • Use Cursor, Claude, and other AI tools as the primary development method.

What we expect: ✔️ 10+ years of commercial Full-Stack experience with a strong backend focus. ✔️ Excellent knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js. ✔️ 3+ years of technical leadership (architecture, code review, engineering standards, technical interviews). ✔️ Experience in independently launching products to production. ✔️ Regular use of AI-assisted development. ✔️ Ability to define MVP and make product decisions.

Will be a plus: • LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, Autogen. • RAG, embeddings, vector databases. • React Native, Expo, GraphQL. • OpenTelemetry, Langfuse.
