Looking for AI-native Tech Lead

This is not a classic Tech Lead. We need someone who builds an engineering system: architecture, standards, CI/CD, code review, tech debt, observability, and automation through AI agents.

What's important:

• 7+ years in development
• 3+ years of technical leadership
• strong production background
• architecture / system design / ADR / trade-off analysis
• experience with CI/CD, monitoring, rollback, incident management
• practical use of ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Codeium
• experience integrating LLM into backend
• observability: OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Prometheus, Datadog or similar
• English B2+
• willingness to travel to UAE on business trips

Will be a plus:

• startup / venture studio / multi-product experience
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen
• RAG, vector DB, embeddings
• evaluation frameworks for agents

Tech stack: Node.js, React, Next.js, React Native, Expo, GraphQL, REST, WebSockets
