Seeking a Founding Engineer

Company: Unimatch Lab — AI-driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley Format: full-time, remote Stack: Node.js / TypeScript + React / Next.js English: B1 level or higher is okay to start

Who we're looking for: A backend-first full-stack JS engineer who can autonomously take an MVP / product increment from scope to a production-ready release.

Important: — 8+ years of full-stack JS / TypeScript — strong Node.js / TypeScript backend: API, auth, DB, migrations, queues/background jobs, CI/CD, staging/prod — React / Next.js at an MVP self-building level — experience with end-to-end delivery: from architecture and code to deploy, demo, production support — AI-assisted development as a constant working mode: Cursor / Claude Code / Codex / MCP / agents — product mindset: ability to narrow scope, choose MVP, make trade-offs quickly — cases where a feature / MVP was delivered to production or a working demo in 1–2 weeks — portfolio / code / demo / PR / screen recording — mandatory

Plus: — experience in product companies, startups, venture studios, or multi-product environments — production LLM / RAG / agents / vector DBs — LangChain / LangGraph / Mastra / CrewAI / OpenAI / Claude / MCP — observability: OpenTelemetry / Langfuse / Prometheus / Datadog — React Native / Expo / GraphQL

Not quite our profile: — frontend-heavy candidates — pure outsourcing without ownership — backend without JS/TypeScript — manager-only / architect-only without hands-on coding
