Requirements: Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, CI/CD. English: B1 level or higher. 8+ years of full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript experience. Strong backend in Node.js / TypeScript. React / Next.js experience at the level of independently building an MVP. Production experience: CI/CD, staging/prod, deploy, support, hotfixes. Experience with independent delivery from architecture to production. Product mindset: ability to cut scope, choose MVP, and argue trade-offs. Active use of AI tools in development: Claude Code / Cursor / Codex / Copilot / agents. Portfolio, GitHub, demo, PR, or screen recording. Bonus points: Production LLM / RAG / agents / vector DBs. LangChain / LangGraph / Mastra / OpenAI / Claude / MCP. Observability: OpenTelemetry / Langfuse / Prometheus / Datadog / Grafana. React Native / Expo.
