Vacancy: Founding Engineer

Core Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, OAuth2, JWT.

Responsibilities: — Lead the project from a defined scope to a production-ready release; — Design and implement the backend: API, models, authorization, migrations, background tasks; — If necessary, integrate frontend, mobile, and integrations, and implement observability at the MVP level; — Set up build, CI/CD, staging, and production release; — Prepare demos, READMEs, runbooks, limitation lists, and hand over the results; — Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate development: Cursor / Claude Code / Codex / MCP / agents.

Requirements: — 8+ years of full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript experience; — Strong Node.js / TypeScript backend skills; — React / Next.js experience sufficient for building an MVP independently; — Production experience: releases, staging/prod, CI/CD, post-release fixes, incidents; — Independent delivery experience: from architecture to deploy and production support; — Product mindset: ability to narrow down scope, choose an MVP, and justify trade-offs; — Proven cases of delivering a feature / MVP to a working product or production release within 1–2 weeks; — English level B1 or higher.

Will be a plus: — Experience in product companies, startups, venture studios, or multi-product environments; — Production LLM / RAG / agents / vector DBs experience; — LangChain / LangGraph / Mastra / CrewAI / OpenAI / Claude / MCP experience; — Observability experience: OpenTelemetry / Langfuse / Prometheus / Datadog; — React Native / Expo experience.

Not suitable for: — Frontend-heavy profiles without strong backend skills; — Backend roles without JavaScript / TypeScript expertise; — Manager-only or architect-only roles without hands-on coding; — Pure outsourcing without a sense of ownership.
