Founding AI Engineer \ AI Tech Lead We are an AI startup in the field of mental health & conversational AI. We are developing an AI platform at the intersection of psychology, personalized support, and modern LLM technologies. We are currently looking for a strong engineer to help build the core AI system of the product and directly influence the company's technical development.

Main tasks:

• Design and develop the product's AI architecture
• Develop a next-generation conversational AI / AI bot
• Work with LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, and orchestration
• Participate in backend development and integrations
• Quickly test hypotheses and launch new AI features
• Improve the quality of AI dialogues and user experience
• Make key technical decisions together with the founder

We expect:

• Strong experience in AI / LLM / Generative AI
• Experience in developing production backend systems
• Understanding of AI pipelines, prompt engineering, conversational systems
• Ability to independently design architecture Hands-on mindset - readiness to do a lot manually
• Experience with Python and the modern AI stack
• English from B2
• Interest in AI products, psychology, or human-centered technologies

Will be a plus:

• Experience in AI startups or early-stage products ML / Data Science background
• Experience creating AI agents, copilots, RAG systems
• Experience with voice AI or conversational products
