Focus in development - multi-agent AI systems. The task for the first months is to launch an MVP from scratch alone, and only then to assemble a team. Therefore, we are looking for a person who will write the front-end, back-end, and deploy it themselves.
The vacancy is open in an internal product startup of a large outsourcing company (accounting, tax, and HR accounting, sales and procurement support). Turnover over 5 billion rubles, 37 branches, 1700 employees.
Tasks:
- Development of a prototype (pilot stage)
- Creation of a fully functional MVP product - target 2 months
- Configuration and deployment of the product in the infrastructure
- Product development for the client, refactoring, new modules, organization of the product lifecycle process.
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial software development or IT consulting
- experience of direct communication with the client (not through a manager)
- experience in developing an IT product from scratch
- experience with generative AI, low code, BPMS, robots, BI, process pipelines
- knowledge of the open-source solutions market
Competencies:
- Full-stack development. Possession of general knowledge (at the initial stage) of the principles of full-stack development of modern IT products. frontend + backend + databases.
- Software Architecture. Designing architecture for a business task, technology selection, scalability assessment.
- Working with AI/LLM. Prompt engineering, working with multi-agent systems, understanding the capabilities and limitations of generative AI
- Testing. Writing tests, automating checks, ensuring quality without a separate QA team
- DevOps / deployment. Containerization, CI/CD, deployment in the cloud or on-premise at the client's (basic level)
