Project
We are developing and supporting the ERA product – a system for comprehensive diagnostics of products and services. Our solution allows for product diagnostics, analysis, and auditing to obtain a comprehensive development solution and remove growth barriers. The project's goal is to build a fully autonomous expert system where smart agents play a key role, performing complex analysis without human intervention.

We Expect
- Higher specialized education
- At least 4 years of commercial Python development experience (according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation)
- Confident knowledge of Python 3.7+ (the project uses 3.12+)
- Understanding and successful experience applying design patterns (GoF, SOLID, GRASP)
- Experience conducting code reviews and working with GitFlow
- Experience developing agent systems using langchain, langgraph and successful implementation in an industrial environment
- Experience developing applications based on microservice architecture
- Confident knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational DBMS principles (PostgreSQL)
- Experience writing unit tests
- Experience developing asynchronous applications in Python
- Understanding of the application development lifecycle in the context of Agile
- Important: Experience and desire to work in a team, ability to argue your decisions and negotiate
Responsibilities
- Development of a co-pilot solution based on RAG and LLM application
- Development and integration of AI agents, research into new interaction surfaces with AI
- Development of microservices in Python as MCP tools
- Requirements analysis, functional formalization, design of agent and service interaction architecture
- Participation in planning, task decomposition and complexity estimation, sprint planning based on SCRUM ceremonies
- Conducting code reviews, maintaining a high standard of code quality and cleanliness
- Close collaboration with the team at all stages of development
- Participation in preparation and release of builds, interaction with related departments
- Documenting your work and mentoring junior developers
