Job description

Development and enhancement of backend services for an AI/Agent platform using Python.

• Design of asynchronous task-processing pipelines: queues, workers, statuses, retries, and idempotency.
• Development of AI/LLM integrations, orchestration logic, and agent workflows.
• Implementation of RAG pipelines, APIs, and integrations for internal and external services.
• Ensuring reliability of AI tasks, implementation of streaming responses, and pipeline observability.
• Participation in the design of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Requirements: experience in developing LLM agents, multi-agent systems, RAG, and MCP servers; understanding of evaluation, tracing, and quality metrics for AI systems; ability to optimize latency, cost, performance, and stability of solutions; full-cycle experience from AI prototype to production.

Stack: Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, PostgreSQL, Redis, Taskiq or similar, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG, Qdrant, Docker. Kafka is used additionally.
