Looking for: Middle Software Engineer (AI-native) — Python
📍 Format: remote (except Russia) 🕐 Employment: full-time, B2B
Tech Stack: Python 3.12, FastAPI, Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, Playwright, Docker/K8s, OpenTelemetry
Who we are looking for: • A smart middle-level engineer who can be entrusted with an entire system component — they will see it through to production and troubleshoot when it breaks. • 3+ years of production experience with Python. • Works with LLMs daily: a normal process involving agents. We will definitely ask how you specifically work with them. • Proactivity and the ability to debug other people's code in production.
Conditions: • Up to $2,500/month, B2B • Full remote, flexible schedule • We cover AI tooling — Claude Code or any other convenient tooling. • Intro call, technical discussion, offer.
