Task
To build a reusable product core from scratch: documents → knowledge graph → hybrid search → response with a link to the clause and editing status. Responsible for architecture, development. The first goal is an MVP.

Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development in Python, of which 2+ years with LLM/RAG in production (ideally)
- Graph databases, ontology modeling
- Vector databases, hybrid search, reranking
- LLM
- Experience delivering to isolated environments
- Leadership experience
Bonus points
- GraphRAG, entity extraction/resolution
- Implementations in industry or design institutes
- React/TypeScript for the interface and admin panel
