We are the search and recommendations team in a new international startup. Project details are currently under NDA, but some context is disclosed here

Location: there is an office in Moscow, but you can work from anywhere in the world Position: middle/senior ML Engineer

What tasks will you be solving? → Training content models as a foundation for cold start and rapid scaling of search and recommendations across multiple countries and languages. → Designing and improving end-to-end search and recommendation pipelines: developing new candidate generators, participating in the construction of feature infrastructure and training datasets. → Devising and implementing LLM use cases to simplify the user experience for both buyers and ad creators.

Work specifics → The results of your work will be quickly implemented into the product and directly impact the user experience. → High degree of responsibility: we take tasks from start to finish — from idea to implementation. → Strong team with a high bar for quality and engineering culture.

Conditions → middle 380k - 480k gross → senior 460k - 580k gross
