Vacancy: Tech Lead NLP / LLM Grade: Senior Company: JETLYN Format: remote Location: RF Citizenship: RF Salary Range: from 280,000 to 380,000 rubles net per month Employment Terms, Format: Labor Code / Sole Proprietor

🟡Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of NLP engineers and researchers: planning, task prioritization, reviews, quality control of solutions.
• Define the architecture and technology stack for LLM/NLP development (fine-tuning, LoRA, RAG, prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph, vector DBs).
• Lead key projects: LLM assistants, intelligent search, document generation and processing.
• Interact with clients and IT teams: formulate requirements, decompose tasks, control implementation.
• Develop team expertise: knowledge sharing, best practices formation, mentoring.

What is important in experience:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in NLP/LLM, with 3+ years in a tech lead role.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLM architecture, and retrieval-based systems (Transformers, Attention, RAG, SFT, LoRA/Adapters).
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, sentence-transformers, LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex, FastAPI.
• Experience in inference optimization, model integration (Qwen, DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral).
• Understanding of scaling, caching, distributed inference.
• Skills in interacting with business and managing a product team.

✅Will be a plus:

• Experience building RAG systems on PostgreSQL / ClickHouse / Opensearch + vector engines.
• Integration of LLM with corporate systems and BI platforms.
• Knowledge of LLM monitoring tools (latency, quality, cost).
