📌Responsibilities:
- Development of agent architectures and AI solutions based on LLM;
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to clarify requirements;
- Building validation systems for agent and AI solutions;
- Organization and automation of the annotation process;
- Application of best practices in managing AI projects;
- Development of client solutions based on cutting-edge research;
- Participation in the development of company processes based on AI.
🔺Requirements:
- Experience with LLM, prompt engineering, fine-tuning GPT-like models;
- Deep understanding of transformer architecture;
- Experience in building AI agents: understanding patterns (ReAct, Plan-Execute), graph frameworks (LangGraph), working with SGR approach, communication protocols (MCP, A2A), considering limitations in tool orchestration, state management, and agent performance quality in production;
- Experience in classic ML development: Text classification, NER, QA, Sentence-transformers;
- Experience launching NLP projects "from annotation to prompt" (or "from scratch to production");
- Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures;
- Python3, OOP, SOLID;
- MLOps: Git, Docker, MLFlow/DVC/ClearML, Airflow;
- LLMOps: LangChain, LanGraph, LlamaIndex, LangFuse, vLLM, experience with RAG;
- Databases: Qdrant, FAISS, OpenSearch or similar;
- Willingness to join pre-sales calls (approximately 2 times a week).
➕Will be a plus:
- Participation in open-source projects with LLM and RAG;
- Experience in optimizing and accelerating models for production (pruning, quantization, distillation, ONNX/TensorRT);
- Experience in commercial AI-based projects.
