Food2Mood is an AI startup building food personalization for restaurants and food retail: from a guest's digital taste profile to ML recommendations in menus, CRM, loyalty, and POS systems. We are looking for a strong Full-stack ML Engineer who is ready to become a technological leader and head the existing engineering team.

Food2Mood is currently transitioning from pilots to a scalable platform. We need a person who can think architecturally, quickly bring tasks to production-ready, and transform complex integrations into a unified architectural working product.

What you will do: • build the architecture of ML recommendations and digital taste profiles; • develop the backend, API, and data/ML pipelines; • integrate with POS, CRM, CDP, loyalty, and restaurant systems; • be responsible for the quality, stability, and scalability of the platform.

What is important: • strong engineering background: backend / full-stack / ML; • experience in RecSys, LLM; • experience with data and product analytics • ability to work in an early stage where there is no ready-made ToR, but there are business requests; • readiness to communicate with tech partners and influence product strategy.

Particularly interested in experience in BigTech, foodtech, retailtech, adtech, fintech, CRM/CDP, loyalty, recommendation systems, or enterprise SaaS.
