What you will be doing ✍️ :

• Improving ad ranking in a personalized feed (RecSys).
• Optimizing inference models (speed, resources).
• Participating in the development of MLOps infrastructure.
• Searching for new ML opportunities for product teams.

We expect from you ✍️ :

• 3+ years of commercial experience in ML (recommendation systems are preferred).
• Expertise in Python and the ability to write production-ready code.
• Experience with DevOps/MLOps (deployment, model monitoring).
• Background in backend development (a plus).
• Ability to lead a project from idea to production independently.
