Looking for an Analyst in the Personalization team (ML Autotasking, Avito)

ML Autotasking is an internal product for sales: we automate everything that helps salespeople sell better — from offer recommendations to LLM prompts during calls and "catch-up" communications in chats. The result is measured not by likes, but by revenue and efficiency.

What you will do:

• build RecSys for a specific seller and demonstrate an increase in quality/effectiveness vs. current models;
• create recommendation mechanisms based on seller profiles and cards;
• design contact policy and orchestration of communication channels with the seller (manager / mailings / chat/call bots);
• launch recommendations for acquisition;
• find sensitive proxy metrics for quick rollout decisions;
• set up monitoring/alerts and provide high-quality launch support.

Who we are looking for:

• strong SQL + Python, ability to write clean, reproducible code;
• experience in ML training (especially uplift and/or recommendations);
• love for advanced statistics and ability to translate it into business results;
• ability to decompose and plan work for a quarter;
• take responsibility and drive the stream, not just "do tasks".
