Recently, a Sales Impulse team was formed within Avito Monetization. Briefly, we build algorithms that help us transparently convey the value of our promotion tools to sellers and help sellers use these tools more effectively. We also implement ML approaches in pricing for promotion products. Currently, we need a Senior/Senior+ Data Scientist with experience in uplift modeling, pricing, promotion algorithms, or related fields.

What you'll need to do:

• Develop new approaches and algorithms that will help grow Avito's long-term revenue
• Bring these hypotheses to life, from idea development to deployment in production
• Assign tasks to colleagues within your projects
• Occasionally write production code in Go
