Important Context:
- The team will grow significantly (x2) → we need not just management, but to build an AI structure, processes, and culture.
- Direct reporting to the CEO → it's important to be able to form positions, argue, and convey your point of view. Focus on real results → not research for research's sake, but implementation with measurable impact.
Who we are looking for:
- Background from strong tech companies: Yandex, Avito, Ozon, Wildberries, VK, Tinkoff, Alfa-Bank, Raiffeisen, Sber (including former employees).
- Different tracks are okay: → ML / DS / DE / DA; → or CPO / Product / Project with deep immersion in AI.
- Systems thinking → ability to build not just one case, but an entire direction.
- Business understanding → how AI translates into money, efficiency, and product.
- Scaling experience → teams, initiatives, production deployment.
- Maturity → ability to debate, argue, and influence decisions at the top management level.
And separately about the approach:
- The team values human-centric hiring.
