Sberbank Life Insurance is looking for a Head of Department to take full responsibility for the creation and development of life insurance savings products.
Your task is to develop modern financial solutions that comply with legislation and customer expectations, as well as ensure their successful market launch.
Responsibilities:
- Development of life insurance savings products (NSZH)
- Structuring savings products in compliance with Russian legislation
- Analysis of financial markets (Russian and international) to develop product solutions
- Participation in the product launch process: from idea to implementation
- Interaction with internal departments (actuaries, risks, IT, marketing, sales, finance)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a life insurance company in the field of developing investment and savings products
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work
- Knowledge of financial markets in Russia and foreign countries
- Experience and knowledge in life insurance savings products
- Understanding of Russian Central Bank legislation and regulations in the field of life insurance
- Practical experience in developing and launching life insurance savings products
