Head of AI Product Development Institute at Alfa-Bank
Alfa-Bank is looking for a Head of AI Product Development Institute.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product management methodologies: plan, prioritize backlog, conduct sprints, adapt Agile approaches for cross-functional teams
- Calculate ROI, form business cases and KPIs for machine learning and generative AI projects
- Create and maintain a "knowledge base": collect, document, and update cases, templates, recommendations, and best practices for AI/ML
- Develop a process maturity measurement framework: define maturity models, metrics, and checklists
- Conduct maturity measurements: organize surveys, interviews, workshops with Product Owners, analyze data, build dashboards, and formulate recommendations
- Formulate and control group development roadmaps: set goals, plan training programs, mentorship pairs, pilot projects, monitor progress, and adjust plans
- Facilitate and animate professional communities: organize meetups, hackathons, round tables; manage online platforms (Jira, Confluence); apply interactive methods and manage roles within the community
- Plan and launch training programs and career paths: develop certifications, synchronize efforts of IT, analytics, and risk management, evaluate effectiveness through KPIs (satisfaction, feature release speed, financial contribution)
- Prepare and present reports for management: collect data on maturity and initiative results, visualize progress in charts and dashboards, formulate "quick wins" and recommendations for investments in training, tools, and processes
Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge and practical experience in applying product management methodologies (planning, backlog prioritization, sprints, working with cross-functional teams)
- Understanding of Agile, business analytics, ROI calculation, and KPI formation for AI solutions
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and generative AI algorithms, experience with big data and its analysis
- Ability to assess business needs in AI, maintain a "knowledge base" with cases and recommendations
- Experience in creating and applying process maturity assessment frameworks (models, metrics, checklists) and preparing dashboards
- Skills in building group development roadmaps, planning training programs, and monitoring progress
- Experience in organizing and facilitating professional communities (meetups, hackathons, online platforms) and implementing feedback practices
- Ability to plan and launch internal training programs, certifications, and career paths, evaluate their effectiveness through KPIs
- Skills in preparing reports and presentations (executive summary, data visualization, highlighting quick wins)
