Responsibilities
- Hypothesis Generation and Validation. Formulate product hypotheses in the moment, quickly turn them into experiments, interpret results, and scale what works.
- Strategy and Roadmap. See the long-term prospects for product development, build a roadmap considering business priorities, technical limitations, and user insights. All after rapid hypothesis testing.
- Team and Backlog Management. Plan sprints, prioritize tasks based on impact on results, manage a cross-functional team.
- CJM and User Experience. Build customer journey maps, identify friction points and growth opportunities, turn qualitative insights into concrete tasks.
- Metrics and Economics. Master product unit economics, build financial models, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Synchronize business stakeholders, developers, and analysts — speak the language of each audience without loss of meaning.
- Understand the principles of building recommendation systems and apply them to personalize the user experience.
- Use AI tools as a daily work tool: from idea generation and data analysis to prototyping through vibe coding.
Requirements
- Product Owner experience of 3+ years.
- Proven experience in launching and developing products with measurable business results — provide cases, numbers, conclusions.
- Understanding of the full product lifecycle: from research and strategy to launch and scaling.
- Experience in building CJM and working with qualitative/quantitative user data.
- Ability to calculate product economics: unit economics.
- Skill in managing backlog, hypotheses, and roadmap under competing priorities.
- Knowledge of recommendation system principles.
- Practical experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.), understanding vibe coding as an approach to rapid prototyping.
- Systems thinking, high independence, and ability to work in conditions of uncertainty.
- Strong communication skills — equally effective in conversations with the CEO and a backend developer.
