We are looking for a product manager to lead the development of one of the small and medium-sized business lending areas at Ozon Bank.

Tasks: • Formulate product strategy. • Create credit products from scratch • Build unit economics, manage product profitability, risk, and efficiency • Define key business metrics and be responsible for their achievement • Develop roadmaps and ensure rapid launch of initiatives

Requirements: • At least 4 years of experience as a product manager (experience in fintech will be an advantage) • Experience launching new products or business lines • Experience managing P&L or deep understanding of financial product economics • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach • Readiness to work in a "0 to 1" format
