Middle/Senior Product Manager (SME Lending / P&L ownership)
About the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of one of the major Small and Medium Business (SME) lending directions at Ozon Bank. This is a role with a high degree of autonomy and direct responsibility for product creation, scaling, and achieving financial targets.
What you will be doing:
- Take full responsibility for the development of the SME lending direction and its financial results (P&L ownership).
- Formulate the product strategy.
- Create lending products from scratch: working capital financing, growth loans, credit lines, POS/embedded solutions, and other scenarios.
- Build unit economics, manage product profitability, risk, and efficiency.
- Define key business metrics and be responsible for their achievement.
- Develop a roadmap and ensure rapid launch of initiatives.
- Scale the product after achieving product-market fit.
We expect:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager; experience in banks / lending products for entrepreneurs will be an advantage.
- Experience launching new products or business lines.
- Experience managing P&L or a deep understanding of financial product economics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
- Readiness to work in a "0 to 1" format: independently formulate hypotheses, quickly launch solutions, and take responsibility for the results.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of ecosystem scenarios and working with marketplaces.
- Experience building risk-oriented products.
