We are looking for a Product Stream Lead (Finance, Analytics, Reporting) at Alfa-Bank.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the strategy and master plan for the stream's development, defining key growth points, new customer scenarios, and product prioritization;
- Manage the product portfolio, ensuring a balance between short-term results and long-term investments in the Bank's ecosystem;
- Be responsible for the stream's P&L, product economics management (unit economics, monetization, costs), and the formation of investment cases;
- Develop the financial contour (accounting, document flow, analytics) and ensure product adaptation to legislative changes;
- Develop the partner ecosystem, managing relationships with external technology companies and strategic negotiations;
- Lead product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a product culture and organizational efficiency;
- Ensure high quality of customer experience, form a system of business metrics, and present stream results to top management.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in managing a large product area, product portfolio, and product managers;
- Experience in managing P&L, budgets, investments, and product economics;
- Deep product expertise in strategy, development, and portfolio scaling;
- Experience interacting with external technology companies and managing integrations (understanding Make / Buy / Partner approaches);
- Knowledge of financial, accounting, tax, or reporting contours (will be an advantage);
- Developed leadership and negotiation skills, ability to influence processes without direct administrative resources and defend positions before top management;
- Experience in FinTech, banking, B2B SaaS, or services for small businesses (will be an advantage).
