SberTips is one of the leaders in the non-cash tipping market.
Responsibilities:
- Management of a full product cycle team
- Defining the development strategy for the "SberTips" product
- Interaction with partners on product formation and promotion issues
- Market analysis and development of product and business metrics proposals
- Creating roadmaps for further product development and customer service process improvement
- Responsibility for revenue KPIs and product efficiency
- Consultation and guidance to employees on resolving technical and operational issues
- Participation in the formation of reporting and monitoring of performance indicators
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance, or technical fields
- Experience in non-cash solutions or a similar product is mandatory
- Experience in managing full-cycle teams
- Successful projects for implementing innovative solutions
- Ability to adapt quickly and approach tasks creatively
- Proficient in data analysis methods and performance monitoring systems
- Experience with AI tools
