Project manager
The «Children and Youth» segment team is looking for a professional to take charge of the development of existing and creation of new products for our clients. If you know how to identify promising niches, launch successful products, and work with metrics and analytics, we are waiting for you. The focus area is Loyalty for children and youth.
Responsibilities
- Market analysis, search for new niches, and formation of a development strategy for key products for children and youth, with a focus on Loyalty products
- Formation of hypotheses for optimizing customer journeys and launching new segment products
- Management of the product initiatives backlog and customer journeys (CJM)
- Work with segment metrics, preparation of analytics (Cost-Value) for defending initiatives
- Development and assignment of product tasks to related departments (development, marketing)
- Conducting negotiations, building long-term relationships with key process participants
- Preparation of regular analytical materials and presentations for top management.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in product or project management
- Ability to lead an initiative through all stages of implementation: from idea generation to launch and results evaluation
- Understanding of tools for determining customer needs (product and customer research, CSI, NPS)
- Ability to find common ground with different bank departments and external contractors
- Skills in applying AI tools in work tasks
- Experience in managing a project with successful product market launch (readiness to talk about achieved results).
- Experience in the Loyalty area will be an advantage
